The Arriva apartments are fitted with 4 star rated water efficient washing machines, dishwashers, tap fittings and dryers. All rainwater is collected from the rooftops to feed the drip irrigation watering system installed in the landscaped grounds and to fill the water levels of the swimming pool and car washing facilities.
Our aim is to save our precious environment whilst reducing the running costs for the Arriva community.
